Track 100m Men/Women Sprinting in individual lanes on a 100m straight track
200m Men/Women Sprinting in individual lanes on half of the 400m track (100m curve and straight)
400m Men/Women Racing one lap (400m) on the track in individual lanes
800m Men/Women Running two laps (400m) on the track, starting in lanes for the first 120m and then moving to an open course
1500m Men/Women Running three and three-quarter laps (400m) on the track, starting in lanes and transitioning to an open course
5000m Men/Women Running twelve and a half laps (400m) on the track, starting and finishing on the open course
※ Official hurdle heights and space between each hurdle officially approved by the WMA vary according to age and gender.
80mH Men/Women Running in individual lanes on an 80m straight track with 8 hurdles
100mH Men/Women Running in individual lanes on a 100m straight track with 10 hurdles

Road Race 6km, 8km Cross Country Men/Women Cross-country races designed within open woodland areas, with grass-covered terrain, natural obstacles, and enough space for facilities. The race is typically a loop course of 2km per lap (3 laps for women, 4 laps for men)
10km, Half Marathon Men/Women Running on paved roads in loops
※ 10km for one loop, half marathon (21.0975km) for two loops, with different turnaround points
10km,20km Race Walk Men/Women Walking on paved straight roads of 1km to 2km loops
※ During the race, one foot must always be in contact with the ground, and the leading leg must be straight until it reaches a vertical position from the moment it touches the ground
